Job summary

4Front Engineered Solutions seeks a General Manager with extensive manufacturing leadership experience to oversee all plant activities in Kenosha, WI. You will lead manufacturing, logistics, maintenance, tooling, and quality control to meet safety and customer requirements.

The role emphasizes development of annual plans and budgets, staff leadership, and driving continuous improvement using Lean, PMO/TQPS methodologies, and ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, engineering, operations management or related field
• 10–15 years of leadership experience in manufacturing
• Experience in engineering management, design and manufacturing preferred
• Experience with Lean, TQPS, and ERP/MRP systems preferred
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all plant manufacturing activities and related functions including logistics, tooling, maintenance, material control, purchasing, quality assurance and control
• Develop and manage annual plan, budget, and key operating metrics
• Act as key contact for customers and local industry groups
• Direct staff with focus on equipment, processes, and cost management; set priorities and remove roadblocks
• Implement short- and long-term corrective actions to manufacturing problems
