Job summary

4Front Engineered Solutions is seeking a General Manager to lead the Kenosha, WI plant. The role oversees manufacturing, logistics, engineering, tooling, maintenance, material control, purchasing, and quality to meet safety and customer requirements.

The candidate will drive annual planning, budgeting, and performance metrics while acting as the main customer contact. Strong ERP/Lean experience and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations management, supply chain, or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of functional leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage all manufacturing activities and related functions at the plant to ensure safety, quality, and customer requirements.
• Develop and manage annual plan, budget, KPIs, and cost control.
• Direct staff allocation, prioritize work, remove roadblocks, and drive corrective actions.
