Job summary

The role reports to the Director of Operations and requires executive presence to manage key customer relationships and deliver strategic initiatives. You will oversee production, quality, safety, maintenance, logistics, and workforce performance while delivering executive-level presentations and financial updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Five or more years of senior leadership experience in manufacturing or high-volume production.
• Experience presenting to C-suite executives and senior customer stakeholders.
• Strong project-management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility operations, including production, quality, safety, maintenance, logistics, and workforce performance.
• Serve as the primary senior-level contact for key customers and executive stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver C-suite presentations, business reviews, and operational and financial performance updates.
• Manage P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Lead customer and operational projects, managing timelines, risks, priorities, and deliverables.
• Monitor KPIs and improve safety, quality, service, productivity, and profitability.
• Develop facility leadership and promote accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, transportation, and industry regulations.
