Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage all manufacturing activities and related functions at the plant, including manufacturing, logistics, engineering, tooling, maintenance, material control, purchasing, quality assurance, and tooling.
• Act as key contact for customers and local industry groups.
• Manage and direct staff with a focus on equipment, processes, HR allocation, cost management, prioritizing, removing roadblocks, and implementing corrective actions.
