The role requires 5+ years manufacturing accounting, CPA/CMA preferred, and experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax principles.
Manufacturing cost accounting, standard costing, overhead allocation, variance analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities with accurate financial reporting.
Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, scrap, rework, and variances to identify risks and opportunities.
Deliver timely financial statements, KPIs, and performance analyses.
Oversee inventory accuracy, valuation, and reconciliation processes.
Identify opportunities to optimize productivity and resource utilization.
Evaluate and manage capital expenditures and facility improvements.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards.
Coordinate internal and external audits and address findings.
Mentor and guide the finance team; collaborate across operations and leadership.
