# Site Controller## Description## **Job Summary**The Site Controller oversees all financial and accounting operations for the manufacturing site in Vancouver, WA. This is an on-site role that ensures accurate financial reporting, robust internal controls, and strategic fiscal management. The Site Controller directly leads the accounting team and manages core functions such as financial reporting, transaction oversight, expense control, working capital, risk mitigation, and rolling forecasts.A key partner to site leadership, the Site Controller provides data-driven insights to guide operational and strategic decisions. The bonus payment is based on the prior year fiscal outcome tied to EBITDA (Earnings before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortization), and personal performance goals. As a member of the management team, if objectives are achieved at 100%, you will receive a bonus equal to 15% of your gross salary, prorated from hire date.*This position requires access to ITAR-controlled technical data.
