Job summary

Automated Systems of Tacoma is seeking a Controller to lead the accounting team and oversee all financial reporting and cost analysis. You will ensure timely, accurate entries and compliance with regulations while collaborating with senior leaders.

Responsibilities include optimizing ERP usage (Epicor Kinetic), integrating forecasts with historical data, and delivering quality financial reporting to inform strategic decisions. This is a full-time, on-site role in Tacoma, WA.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible Accounting and Finance experience, in manufacturing or related industry.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related discipline; CPA preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Epicor Kinetic, SQL, and Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and monitor financial and cost analysis processes for executives and the Board.
• Ensure all accounting and finance responsibilities are accurate, timely, and compliant with policies; support auditors.
