Job summary

SunRidge Management Group, a Dallas-based multifamily property management company with over 35 years of experience, is seeking an Assistant Maintenance / Make Ready Technician to uphold the physical integrity of our communities. This on-site role requires a 40-hour week, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend needs and on-call assignments.

Qualifications

• Must meet all physical requirements and follow directions.
• Work schedule is typically 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Scheduled on-call work may be necessary.
• Must wear a back-support belt and gloves as dictated by tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and communicate make-ready needs.
• Assist with cleaning and trash-out of units, including heavy items.
• Maintain grounds cleanliness and deliver notices to residents.
• Perform general maintenance to prepare apartments for new residents.
• Document inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
