Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking an Assistant Maintenance / Make Ready Technician to uphold the physical integrity of multifamily communities. You will prepare apartment homes for move-ins, perform routine maintenance, and assist with cleaning and turnover tasks under supervision.

The role emphasizes safety, on-site collaboration with the maintenance team, and adherence to company policies. Typical schedule is 40 hours per week with occasional weekend needs, on-site in a Dallas-area

Qualifications

• Must meet all physical requirements and follow directions.
• 40-hour work week with occasional on-call duties.
• Must wear back-support belt and gloves per task safety.
• Wear footwear as required by task safety policies.
• On-site maintenance and make-ready tasks require safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and prepare them for new residents.
• Replace or repair lights, locks, faucets, appliances, doors, blinds, fans, windows, shelving.
• Patch and paint walls; change A/C filters; operate carpet cleaning equipment.
• Coordinate with Senior Maintenance Technician and Property Manager.
• Document inspections and maintenance tasks for compliance.
