Job summary

Edward Rose & Sons, Westland, MI is seeking a Make Ready Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site turnover process and ensure apartments are market-ready for new residents. You will supervise restoration work, schedule staff and contractors, train turnover teammates, and certify units ready to show, while managing inventories and timelines.

Experience in a supervisory role, strong communication, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Ability to complete full vacant turnover processes.
• EPA Certification is preferred.
• Strong communication with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise apartment turnover restoration process.
• Schedule staff and contractors for turnover work.
• Train and supervise turnover crew; provide support.
• Modify move-in checklists to fit community needs.
• Update termination inventory and log repairs.
• Inspect units and estimate turnover time and needs.
• Grade quality and speed of turnover work.
• Certify apartments ready to show.
• Monitor stock of commonly used parts.
• Assist with snow/ice removal when needed.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
