Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a Make Ready Maintenance Technician to join our on-site operations in Oak Creek, WI. You will restore vacant apartments to market-ready status, perform drywall, painting, plumbing, and carpentry tasks, and ensure move-in deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance preferred but training is offered.
• HVAC certification or experience preferred but training may be provided.
• Must own tools and maintain professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Restore vacant apartments to market-ready status.
• Complete full vacant turn including drywall, painting, caulking, grouting.
• Repair appliances, faucets, locks, windows, carpentry and tile work.
• Handle administrative paperwork as needed.
• Assist with snow and ice removal as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
