Ideal candidates bring experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance, with a valid driver’s license. On-site work and on-call rotation are required; strong communication with residents and team members is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting.
• HVAC certification preferred; additional industry certifications are a plus.
• Ability to operate work order systems and basic tech.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and maintenance work orders promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on buildings and common areas.
• Prepare vacant units and complete make-ready processes for new residents.
• Maintain records of work orders, inspections, and inventory.
