Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred; additional certifications are a plus.
• Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance.
• Ability to lift, and operate tools and equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs and preventative maintenance for the community.
• Prepare vacant homes for new residents (make-ready and turn).
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for safety and upkeep.
• Respond to service requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain records of work orders, inspections, and inventory.
• Participate in on-call rotation and on-site emergencies as needed.
