Job summary

Edward Rose & Sons seeks a Standby Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team in Collierville, TN, living in a company-provided apartment to respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating basis.

You will perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks, manage work orders, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. EPA and CPO certifications preferred; relocation not required. Salary starts at $22.68 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• EPA certification within 120 days of start date via company paid training.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• CPO certification and pool maintenance skills are preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations (state-specific) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall apartment community maintenance and day-to-day operations.
• Prioritize and resolve work orders to meet quality standards.
• Perform plumbing tasks including pipe fittings, sink and faucet installations.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, water heater, boiler issues and appliance repairs.
• Install and repair doors, drywall, trim, caulking and tile as needed.
• Perform electrical repairs: switches, outlets, lights.
• Monitor inventory of commonly used parts.
