• 2+ years hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily housing or similar environment.

• HVAC certification, EPA certification, or other relevant maintenance credentials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs to keep the property in excellent condition.
• Respond to maintenance service requests promptly; prioritize work orders by urgency.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues before they become major problems.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and health/safety regulations are met.
• Assist with turnover repairs and preparation of vacant units for new residents.
• Work closely with property management and team to ensure efficient operations and positive resident experience.
