Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an on-site role in Port Orange, FL. The position is full-time with hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $23.00, depending on experience.

The role focuses on keeping apartments safe, comfortable, and well-maintained, including make-ready, inspections, and resident service. You will handle preventive maintenance, respond to resident requests, manage basic repairs, and collaborate with the Service Manager to uphold GoldOller

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience or technical trade school.
• EPA Certification required.
• CPO or CAMT certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Must own basic maintenance tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete the full make-ready process within 5 business days (14 days for upgrades).
• Inspect units at move-in/move-out and document security deposit deductions.
• Perform general repairs and preventive maintenance within 24 hours.
• Snow/ice removal when applicable and safety compliance.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and report to leadership as required.
• Maintain OSHA/MSDS documentation and keep tools organized.
