Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance.
• Experience with Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance.
• Maintenance & Repair for facilities, homes, and related systems.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and prioritize multiple tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training or certifications are a plus.
• Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on community facilities, homes, and related equipment.
• Inspect properties, diagnose issues, complete repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Respond to service requests, maintain tools and supplies, and collaborate with community management to prioritize work orders.
• The role may involve basic landscaping, minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical work and safety compliance.
