Job summary

Flagship Communities REIT is seeking a hardworking Maintenance Technician to support our manufactured home community. The role covers painting, remodeling, minor plumbing, electrical work, and grounds upkeep to ensure safe, pleasant resident living environments.

You will work with the Community Manager, perform routine preventive maintenance, inspect systems, fix doors and windows, and help manage budget adherence while prioritizing safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CMRP certification is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Previous property/building maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and repairs of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
• Inspect and schedule repairs for alarm systems.
• Perform manual repairs such as locks and windows.
• Participate in pest control and lawn care tasks.
• Keep grounds and landscaping in good condition.
• Assist in budgeting and ensure adherence.
• Operate and maintain maintenance equipment.
