Job summary

Flagship Communities REIT is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a manufactured home community. The role focuses on painting, remodeling, minor plumbing and electrical work, as well as landscaping. The ideal candidate will work autonomously while adhering to health and safety guidelines and providing high standards of service to residents.

Job requires property or building maintenance experience. Training for safety procedures and equipment handling is included.

Qualifications

• Previous property and/or building maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to perform painting, remodeling, plumbing and electrical tasks.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and standard maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and repair of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
• Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs as needed.
• Perform manual repairs (locks, windows, etc.).
• Conduct general upkeep and landscaping tasks.
• Support budget preparation and adhere to it.
• Mow, trim hedges, and maintain outdoor areas.
• Maintain equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
