• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and prioritize multiple tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training or certifications are a plus.
• Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Role Description

The Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in O'Fallon, MO. This role is responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance on community facilities, homes, and related equipment. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting properties, diagnosing issues, completing repairs, and conducting preventive maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations. The Maintenance Technician will respond to service requests, maintain tools and supplies, and collaborate with community management to prioritize work orders.
