Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair machinery and related equipment across multiple production lines. You’ll ensure 100% uptime through preventative maintenance and swift repairs, while coordinating with internal teams and outside vendors as needed.

The role is on-site, with an hourly compensation structure and a safety-sensitive environment. Strong mechanical, basic electrical, and blueprint-reading skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Maintenance Technology degree preferred.
• 3+ years in maintenance environment recommended.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair machinery and auxiliary equipment.
• Repair tools, machines, and maintain uptime per PM schedule.
• Communicate status of equipment with internal customers.
• Order materials and coordinate outside services when needed.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
