Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal education includes a high school diploma or GED.
• Military training is a plus.
• Experience in maintenance in manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify wear or malfunctions.
• Identifying and repairing faulty equipment using root cause analysis.
• Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures.
• Managing heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
• Planning, scheduling, and performing inspections, replacements, or repairs.
• Entering data in CMMS and ensuring accurate work orders.
