Qualifications

Two+ years related maintenance experience required.
Intermediate understanding in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or appliance repair.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and appliances.
Perform installations, service repairs, and preventative maintenance in homes, common areas, and grounds.
Complete resident-requested repairs within 24 hours.
On-call service tasks and emergency calls as needed.
Maintain and update service requests using Yardi Mobile.
Ensure safety standards and proper use of tools and equipment.
