Job summary

Insite Property Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Redmond, WA team tasked with keeping residential and commercial properties safe and well maintained. You will perform routine repairs, manage unit turns, and support on-call rotations while delivering excellent resident service.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of property maintenance experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and proficiency with basic tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year residential/multifamily property maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate tools and adhere to safety procedures.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks and work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on appliances, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general tasks.
• Complete work orders and document in YARDI daily.
• Conduct walk-through inspections per OSHA standards and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with supervisor to order supplies within budget.
• Assist in on-call rotations and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Maintain professional communication with residents and coworkers.
