Thrive Communities in Burien, WA is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our communities in top condition. You will perform unit turns, routine maintenance, and coordinate with leasing staff to ensure smooth operations. This 100% in-person role requires reliability and the ability to respond to after-hours emergencies.

2+ years in maintenance, 1+ year in multifamily property management preferred; CAMT/CPO a plus. Must supply own tools and have a valid driver's license.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years prior experience in a maintenance role.
• 1+ years experience in multifamily property management preferred.
• Basic computer skills with data input into software.
• CAMT and/or CPO is a plus; tools may be required.

Aufgaben

• Performs maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders.
• Partners with leasing staff and managers to ensure seamless communication.
• Schedules and performs routine preventative maintenance.
• Participates in safety meetings and follows OSHA/SDS requirements.
• Diagnoses and repairs minor issues within homes and throughout the property.
• Maintains grounds and the property's professional appearance.
• Emergency on-call is required as part of the position.
• Exceeds residents' expectations for customer service.
