Job summary

Lillibridge Healthcare Services, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician to handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and general property upkeep for outpatient medical spaces.

You will manage maintenance systems and respond to emergencies to ensure safe, functional environments for tenants and patients. Requirements include 2+ years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to read design documents.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience and technical training.
• High school graduation or GED required; technical school training in maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret design documents, manufacturers' specs, and written procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders for physical maintenance and repairs using work-order software.
• Implement routine physical improvements and preventative maintenance with supervisor.
• Respond to emergencies following departmental protocol and safety standards.
• Maintain equipment, tools, supplies, and logs; manage inventories.
• Assist with cost control and budgeting related to building operations.
• Communicate building status and changes to stakeholders; ensure professional conduct.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
