Job summary

Lillibridge Healthcare Services Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical work and general property upkeep in healthcare environments.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related maintenance experience in healthcare, commercial real estate, or hospital environments.
  • EPA 608 Type I or II certification required.
  • Must be located in Washington, DC area.
  • On-site 5 days a week with after-hours emergencies and on-call rotation.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders/stairs, and perform extensive walking.
  • Basic computer skills and maintenance/work order software.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

About the Role

The Maintenance Technician position involves responsibilities such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and general property maintenance and upkeep. Additionally, the Maintenance Technician will manage maintenance systems to ensure optimal operations and client/tenant satisfaction in accordance with department protocols. This role plays a key part in maintaining the reliability and performance of our buildings, creating safe, functional environments for tenants, clients, and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete maintenance and repair work orders using work order software
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment

The estimated base salary range for this position is $28-32/hour ($58k -$66k per year.) This range reflects a good-faith estimate of the base salary Ventas reasonably expects to pay at the time of posting. Actual base pay will be determined based on work location, skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and business needs.

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, paid time off, and other wellness benefits under applicable plan terms.
