Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior maintenance duties across our communities.

You will address repair requests, operate equipment, and ensure safety and resident privacy while collaborating with the Maintenance Supervisor. Ideal candidates bring HVAC, plumbing, electrical and basic carpentry skills, with a customer-service mindset and availability to work on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• Understanding of Bell Core Values and a commitment to resident service.
• Basic repair capabilities in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance and equipment upkeep.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report malfunctions and hazardous conditions to Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and ensure entry permissions for apartment work.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA requirements; attend trainings as assigned.
