Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine interior and exterior maintenance for our communities. You will address resident requests, operate and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and equipment, while ensuring safety and privacy standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of maintenance experience, a High School diploma or equivalent, and a commitment to Bell Core Values. Training, benefits, and a collaborative work environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and High School degree or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Understanding of Bell Core Values and strong customer service.
• Basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical skills.
• HVAC, EPA or CPO certifications may be required in some communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance and equipment upkeep.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns promptly.
• Report malfunctions and hazards to Maintenance Supervisor quickly.
• Maintain resident privacy and secure entry before entering apartments.
• Keep maintenance items in a safe area to prevent injuries.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, asphalt work, etc.
• Follow OSHA safety requirements and maintain regular attendance.
