Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine interior and exterior maintenance for our apartment communities. You will respond to repair requests, maintain equipment, and ensure resident privacy while upholding safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and strong communication. On-site role with diverse tasks, on-call expectations, and opportunities for career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required depending on community needs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine interior and exterior maintenance for the community and assigned equipment.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report malfunctions and hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and respect before entering apartments.
• Keep maintenance items in safe, organized areas to prevent injuries.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, asphalt, and related tasks.
• Follow all safety/OSHA requirements and maintain punctual attendance.
