Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior community maintenance tasks and equipment servicing. You will respond to resident repair requests, report issues, and maintain safety and privacy standards across the property.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma, and basic skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems. On-site work with opportunities for benefits and on-call incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 18+ years old.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical systems.
• HVAC/EPA certifications may be required depending on site.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance and equipment maintenance.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report malfunctions and hazards to Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and entry permissions for apartments.
• Attend in-service training and work with vendors for landscaping, painting, or asphalt.
