Job summary

Bell Partners, based in the United States, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform interior and exterior maintenance at our communities, under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor. You will handle repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more, while ensuring resident privacy and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC, HVAC-related certifications may be required depending on community.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance and repair work.
• Respond to resident requests and maintenance concerns in a timely manner.
• Paint, fix plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other mechanical repairs.
• Maintain safety, privacy, and cleanliness around work areas.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor and vendors as needed.
