Candidates should have hands-on experience across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, with a focus on safety and quality. HVAC certification is a plus, and strong communication with residents and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
• HVAC certification is a plus and industry certifications are beneficial.
• Strong focus on safety, quality workmanship, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general systems.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (make-ready and turn processes).
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and inventory.
• Respond to on-call maintenance needs as required and communicate with residents and vendors.
