Qualifications

• Experience in apartment/facilities maintenance or related field.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting.
• HVAC certification preferred; other industry certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks.
• Prepare vacant units (make-ready) and maintain curb appeal.
• Respond to service requests and on-call maintenance as needed.
• Document work orders, inspections, inventory, and safety checks.
