Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing or related environments.
• Working knowledge of at least two trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, or general maintenance).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts based on community needs.
• Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on-call.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional service to residents and support fellow team members.
• Complete apartment turns and prepare homes for new residents according to AIR standards.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and other building systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine property inspections.
• Complete service requests accurately, safely, and efficiently.
• Assist with move-in and move-out inspections.
• Support vendor coordination and quality control when needed.
• Provide technical guidance to other maintenance team members when appropriate.
• Support additional maintenance responsibilities based on community needs and your technical skill set.
