Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Provo, Utah to support maintenance operations across its community portfolio. The role involves executing corrective, preventative, routine, cosmetic maintenance and assisting with the make-ready process under supervision.

The Maintenance Technician will respond to resident and management requests, perform inventories, and help maintain safety standards and logs while ensuring timely repairs and high-quality service across properties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Fair Housing Laws and OSHA knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist with maintenance/repair tasks for common areas and units.
• Maintain the property’s preventative maintenance program.
• Assist in on-call emergency coverage at the community.
• Ensure safety and OSHA policy compliance.
