Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team in Provo, Utah. This role involves ensuring units meet market standards and completing maintenance tasks in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, at least 1 year of general maintenance experience, and knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems. Benefits include 3 weeks of Paid Time Off, medical benefits, and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in property management environment.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assists with building and common area maintenance.
• Maintain property equipment and assist with preventative maintenance program.
