ZRS Management, LLC in Boynton Beach, FL is hiring a Maintenance Technician to provide skilled on-site service for residents and to work with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. The role includes repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances, plus turnover and preventive maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities involve maintaining common areas, monitoring exterior conditions, inventorying tools, and upholding safety standards while being available for on-call hours.

Qualifications

• EPA certification preferred; if required at a property, must be obtained within 90 days.
• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and related systems.
• Conduct apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklists.
• Perform common-area maintenance such as cleaning, waste removal, and routine upkeep.
• Monitor exterior for roof, siding, shutters, and overall property condition.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Enter newly purchased tools into inventory and keep work area clean.
• Observe all safety rules.
• Be available for on-call hours.
