Job summary

Butterball, LLC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to provide mechanical support for operating equipment in our Ozark, AR facility. The role involves multi-craft maintenance, diagnosing issues, and performing repairs to keep production lines running safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and a relevant industrial maintenance certificate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in at least one maintenance discipline.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; industrial maintenance cert preferred.
• Ability to read diagrams, manuals, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic maintenance and welding as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment with diagnostic tools and manuals.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and parts tracking.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for maintenance and safety.
• Support training of operators on preventive maintenance tasks.
• Interpret specifications and work orders; follow safety procedures.
