Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work on-site, performing maintenance and groundskeeping to uphold the property's buildings, units, grounds, and common areas. You will follow supervisor directions and safety guidelines to keep the community safe and well-maintained.

Daily tasks include processing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, repairing equipment, and handling on-call maintenance emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Process daily work orders and perform preventative maintenance
• Repair equipment and maintain buildings, grounds, and common areas
• Respond to maintenance emergencies on-call following safety codes
• Maintain proper groundskeeping and trash removal
• Follow manufacturer/vendor guidelines and safety procedures
• Collaborate with supervisor and team to ensure high-quality service
