Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Manager to coordinate with the Community and Assistant Manager to keep the property well‑maintained, safe, and within budget. The role supports resident retention through prompt repairs and high standards of service.

You will supervise maintenance staff, manage budgets, process POs/invoices, and prioritize work orders. OSHA safety, training, and cost-saving initiatives are key aspects of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of multifamily maintenance experience and/or training.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure quality across property.
• Manage operating budget and secure competitive bids.
• Process purchase orders and invoices to control costs.
• Prioritize work orders and maintain records.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA standards.
• Mentor maintenance team and provide training.
