South Oxford Management LLC in Florida is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the community's physical upkeep, ensure safety, and support residents and staff. You will work with the Community Manager and technicians to keep buildings, grounds, and systems fully operational.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, supervising the team, scheduling, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with OSHA/EPA.

Qualifications

Must have valid driver's license.
On-site five days a week; not remote or hybrid.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Three+ years of property maintenance experience or equivalent.
Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call hours.

Responsibilities

Assist in hiring, training, and supervising maintenance staff.
Lead service staff, delegate work orders, and inspect completed jobs.
Maintain appearance, condition, and functionality of buildings and grounds to meet standards.
Perform routine maintenance and emergency work orders; schedule around-the-clock coverage.
Ensure OSHA safety standards are followed; maintain safety records.
Interface with contractors and vendors; obtain bids as needed.
Utilize maintenance management systems to process work orders.
