Job summary

South Oxford Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our residential communities. You will supervise maintenance staff, manage work orders, and ensure all facilities are safe, clean, and fully functional.

This role requires on-site presence five days a week with flexibility for emergencies and overtime. You will lead maintenance teams, coordinate with vendors, uphold OSHA/EPA standards, and maintain accurate preventive maintenance records while keeping the

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Three or more years of experience in property maintenance or a similar field.
• Ability to work on-site five days a week; not remote or hybrid.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training, and supervising maintenance staff.
• Lead service staff, delegate work orders, inspect completed jobs.
• Ensure buildings and grounds meet company standards and are fully operational.
• Perform routine maintenance work orders and respond to emergencies.
• Schedule team for around-the-clock maintenance coverage.
• Maintain records for preventive maintenance, requests, spend, and make-ready status.
• Coordinate make-ready repairs and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and pool systems.
• Interface with contractors and vendors and obtain bids.
• Use maintenance management systems to complete work orders.
