Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance operations at the community. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure safety standards and high-quality service for residents.

The role requires EPA & CPO certification with HVAC knowledge preferred. On-site duties, budgeting for supplies, and on-call emergencies are part of the responsibilities at a full-time level.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills for on-site software functions
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desired
• Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements knowledge is necessary

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests for the community
• Manage maintenance staff and vendor relationships
• Ensure repairs, safety standards, and preventive maintenance
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and inspections
• Coordinate make-ready and unit inspections with the Community Manager
• Respond to on-call emergencies and plan resource use
