Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance operations, lead the onsite team, and ensure safety and compliance across communities. You will coordinate service requests, supervise staff, and work with vendors to maintain property standards.

The role requires EPA and CPO certifications, HVAC knowledge preferred, and a strong focus on customer and resident relations. A comprehensive benefits package and on-call duties are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC preferred.
• Basic computer skills and onsite software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and staff.
• Schedule and respond to service requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds and units for safety and compliance.
• Maintain inventory and budget adherence.
• Preventative maintenance program management.
• Assist with make-ready and unit inspections.
• On-call emergency duties.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage resources.
