Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties and supervise the maintenance team to ensure upkeep and repairs.
• Oversee inventory, ordering and delivery of supplies for maintenance and grounds.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and respond to work orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
