Princeton Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team across apartments and facilities. The role emphasizes hands-on work, inspection routines, and timely completion of tasks while upholding company standards.

The ideal candidate has strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry knowledge, plus proven supervisory experience and a focus on resident satisfaction. A high school diploma is required; vocational training is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in apartment maintenance and supervisory roles.
• Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• High school diploma; vocational training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team and staff.
• Work hands-on with staff in maintenance tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of apartments, common areas, and amenities.
• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance requests for timely completion.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff for development.
• Order and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with the property manager to address resident concerns.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
