Madison Communities is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance across our Dalton properties. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, manage a team, and ensure high-quality, safe operations for residents and buildings.

Ideal candidates have proven plumbing/electrical/carpentry experience, EPA and CPO certifications, and strong supervisory and customer-service skills in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required.
• Proven experience in plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and construction.
• Strong supervisory experience leading a maintenance team and coordinating with property management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property maintenance including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Plan and oversee maintenance budget and ensure operations stay within guidelines.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a maintenance team; ensure safety and compliance.
