Madison Communities is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team in Pine Forest, FL. You’ll perform routine upkeep across apartments, including painting, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, and carpentry, ensuring units are safe and move-in ready.

You’ll deliver excellent resident service, respond quickly to requests, and collaborate with vendors on projects like landscaping and asphalt repairs. A 1+ year maintenance background in multifamily settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• Certifications (HVAC, EPA, CPO) are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Providing outstanding customer service to residents and teammates
• Handling day-to-day maintenance including painting, plumbing, electrical fixtures, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
• Responding quickly and professionally to service requests

What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

• Team-oriented mindset with solid communication skills
• 1+ year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
• Certifications (HVAC, EPA, CPO) are a plus
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
