• Maintain organized, clean and safe shop areas, with adequate levels of replacement parts and tools.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a skilled maintenance team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Collaborate with property management to ensure the smooth operation of maintenance activities.
• Respond quickly to emergency maintenance needs to minimize disruptions for residents.
• Lead by example to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

• Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve challenges.
• EPA Certification and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (required).
